Update

We got the final contract for the sale today, read and signed it. The termite inspectio was done yesterday. The appraisal will be done tomorrow. We are waiting for the results of the title search and we have to schedule the home inspection. So, we are almost set.

I can't think of anything else to say because it's late and I've had 3 big glasses of wine. I really need to build up some tolerance.

Red Roses & Yellow Ribbons

These Red Roses & Yellow Ribbons were done February 2005, in honor of some young soldiers my daughter knows that went to Iraq: watercolor on watercolor paper done in an Art Deco style.

Mermaid

This mermaid, done in April 1995, ink and wet wash watercolor on tracing paper, was in honor of my daughter who loves water.

This dragon-butterfly was done around the same time, November 1993.

The tree is done in ink: curved lines very close together.

The dragon is done in ink markers: many, many dots.

And the butterfly wings are ink markers: short, straight lines.

Killing Time

I am killing time while our first viewers are here.

This is a butterfly I drew in November 1993: wax color pencils.

I'm a lousy photographer.
