MicroFiction Monday - Nightmares

Susan's Picture:

My Story:

Sir Nite the Knight stood guard all night, his dull armor absorbing the energy of my nightmares keeping me safe from the beastie chasing me.

Erika (my daughter) and Nicholas (my grandson)
came to visit this past weekend,
so I spent no time online,
but I got lots of baby kisses.

Write a story in 140 characters.

  3. Did you get just a few grown daughter kisses or hugs? That time spent was good for you, Nessa. :)

Are you most worried about "the beastie chasing (you)" or "the energy of (your) nightmares?"
I know you want to be safe.

  4. Forgot to tell you that I enjoyed this. Also I liked your name, Sir Nite. Mine is a lady who once wore red, except for the picture she wouldn't have to be in armor.

  13. ahem...could I borrow him sometime? I am really tiring of my dreams and nightmares. Most recently I dreamed about the evil spirits dwelling in our bonus room.

  17. A Tribute to Theatre
The Murugan Theatre. It is one of the theatres in Thiruthangal, a small town near the famous industrial town of Sivakasi in Tamil Nadu. The small town had three theatres in those days (1980s). Chinnaknai Theatre was in the northern corner of the town and Balaji Talkies was at the other end, in the southern corner
