It is unsettling when we get old and look back at all our goals we didn't reach.

Exactly. I think that's what's wrong with me. I'll be 50 in October and while I'm not really upset at the number its self, I feel like I'm going to die without doing what I really want to do.

But I have narrowed my focus and I'm removing distractions.

I'm looking forward to the second chapter in my life. After turning 51 last year, I sometimes think I'm getting a whole second lifetime.
